  1. dice onions, carrots, & celery.
  2. sautee the onion
  3. just before it's carmalized, add the carrots & celery.
  4. sautee for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly
  5. add the water & lentils
  6. cook until lentils & veggies are soft
  7. puree the veggie & lentil mix until chunky-smooth
  8. add the Bulgar Wheat, stirring constantly as the Bulgar starts to soften
  9. Add herbs, spices, and salt
  10. place in a meatloaf pan with parchment paper
  11. top the loaf with juliened peppers.
I was originally following this lentil loaf recipe, but parted my separate ways when I realized I didn't have most of that stuff (nor can I eat Tamari or the like).
